Guidelines
- Harassment and Discrimination
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination towards any member of the NTWRK community. This includes fellow users, sellers and our staff.
- Language and Content
- Using obscene or inappropriate language with NTWRK and its affiliates is prohibited, and we reserve the right to take corrective action against any user who does so.
- Use respectful language and avoid posting or sharing inappropriate content, including offensive language, images, or links.
- Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and you agree to accept responsibility for any use of or action taken under your account.
- Drugs, Alcohol, and Controlled Substances
- The use, promotion, or sale of drugs, alcohol, and any controlled substances is prohibited.
- Shill Bidding
- Shill bidding refers to the practice of placing bids on an item with the intention of artificially inflating its price, appeal, or visibility in search results. This can result in an unjust advantage for the bidder or lead to others paying more than they should. In order to uphold a fair and equitable marketplace for all our users, NTWRK strictly prohibits shill bidding.
- Competitor Promotion
- Promotion of products or services of other competitors is not permitted.
- Off-Platform Transactions
- All transactions should be processed through NTWRK. It is prohibited to make payments for products sold on NTWRK outside of the platform.
- Reporting Violations
- If you encounter behavior or content that violates these guidelines or our policies, please report it to us promptly. Your input helps us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
