Can I return or exchange my order?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The NTWRK will accept a return or exchange if an item has been damaged in transit or the incorrect product has been delivered.

Reports of damages will be closely reviewed by our advocates in order to support the return of a damaged product. Reported damages that do not meet our damaged requirements will be declined.

 

Please note, if you have damaged items -or- if you have received an incorrect product, you must report the damaged or incorrect item within 30 days from the date of delivery.

 

All reports of damages or incorrect products reported after 30 days will not be supported.

 

EXTERNAL PARTNERSHIPS

NTWRK may work with external brands and partners for drops and shows. In the event that your package is damaged or incorrectly received, NTWRK's internal policy above is not supported. The brand partner's internal policy will be enforced.
