If your package has been declared delivered, NTWRK is unable to provide support. NTWRK is able to provide support only if a package has a PENDING or Pre-Shipment status.

If your order has been shipped and declared delivered by the carrier, The NTWRK is unable to support replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered. NTWRK users will find success by submitting a lost or stolen package claim with the carrier provided.
EXTERNAL PARTNERSHIPS
NTWRK may work with external brands and partners for drops and shows. In the event that your package is missing or reported as not received, NTWRK's internal policy above is not supported. The brand partner's internal policy will be enforced.
