Can NTWRK reroute my package while its in transit?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to support rerouting your package.

We suggest contacting the carrier and reference your tracking information to request that the package be held at a local facility so you can pick up the parcel. The carrier will allow the recipient to make this type of adjustment.

The recipient is not allowed to request a reroute of the package.

Please know that you will be required to present a photo ID upon arrival to claim your package.

In order to prevent future issues with shipping addresses, please ensure that the address listed on your profile is accurate for future orders placed. Please see our How do I update my address? article for more assistance.



NTWRK may work with external brands and partners for drops and shows. In the event that your package is already in transit, NTWRK's internal policy above is not supported. The brand partner's internal policy will be enforced.
