TRACKING ISSUES DURING THE PANDEMIC
Throughout the pandemic, we are seeing a number of different tracking issues in relation to the carrier becoming inundated with shipping delays. Some of the issues include the following:
- Tracking information is not populating in real-time.
- Tracking declares a package as "Delivered" but the order is not physically onsite.
- Tracking updates reflect that a package is in transit but no movement is recorded for up to 3 weeks.
TRACKING INFORMATION THAT HAS YET TO UPDATE
Packages that have not been updated with accurate tracking information in a number of days can be the result of the package being lost or misplaced by the carrier.

NTWRK may work with external brands and partners for drops and shows. In the event that your package is lost in transit, NTWRK's internal policy above is not supported. The brand partner's internal policy will be enforced.
