If the problem is persistent, please try removing the NTWRK app from your phone and recycle the power on your mobile device. Once you have downloaded the app again, try setting up a Notify Me on an upcoming drop to verify if the removal of the app has worked.
If the issue continues, please consider contacting your mobile service provider to gain an understanding if the app is not registering with your notifications on your mobile device.
