My package has been returned to NTWRK. How can I get my package re-shipped?

My Package was Returned to Sender

When an order is Returned to Sender (RTS), oftentimes, the package is returned due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect shipping address.
  • Missing unit/apt numbers
  • Devices logged in under the same account CANNOT stream on the same show at the same time
  • A recipient was not available to receive an order

When a return to the sender takes place, the NTWRK is able to provide a reshipment of your order providing that we have a confirmation from the purchaser. Please know that our returns clerks review all inbound returns for quality assurance. Once your order has been reviewed, you will receive a notification in 24-48 hours from the date the product has been received to process a reshipment.

Customers will have 48 hours to provide the NTWRK with an updated or adjusted shipping address.

Orders that return to sender more than one are not reshipped. NTWRK will support a reshipment one time only.

If our team does not receive a response in 48 hours, a refund will automatically be processed. Refunds will reflect on your monthly statements in 5-7 business days.

 

External Partnerships

NTWRK may work with external brands and partners for drops and shows. In the event that your package has been returned to the sender, NTWRK's internal policy above is not supported. The brand partner's internal policy will be enforced.
