Received an Incorrect Product
We regret to hear that any order is shipping incorrectly and we're more than happy to provide support for these inquiries. NTWRK users are encouraged to submit a ticket with our support team. Our advocates will require imagery of the incorrect item received in order to move forward with the process of correcting this matter.
All reports of Incorrectly Shipping Orders will need to be reported within 30 days from the date of the order delivery.
All reports of lost packages that are submitted after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be supported.
NTWRK may work with external brands and partners for drops and shows. In the event that your order is delivered with the incorrect products, NTWRK's internal policy above is not supported. The brand partner's internal policy will be enforced.
